ICT infrastructure for personalized home rehabilitation services

Project Description

Rehabilitative pErsonalized Home System and vIrtuaL coaching for chronIc Treatment in elderlY has the aim of developing and validating rehabilitative treatment strategies and chronic patient assistance, which are more effective than the current standard of care, through the technological and sustainable realization of an innovative ICT infrastructure for the provisioning of personalized home rehabilitation services for the chronic patient. In particular, Info Solution developed wearable sensors that monitor the relative position of the proximal and distal parts of the limbs and devices that guide and also oppose resistant force during the rehabilitation exercise. The scientific partner of the project is ICS Maugeri.
