Double your range

Equipped with the autonomous navigation KIT developed by Moliris, your robots will meet all your needs and complete the range you offer.

Add value to your robot base

Autonomous robots have high added value because they reduce operating costs for the end customer and satisfy new requirements.

Add technological innovation to your mobile robots

Enhance your robots with the advanced features of innovative Moliris technology.

Integration avviene in three stages

  1. Preliminary study
Once the characteristics and application scenario of the robot have been established, an electronic, software and mechanical feasibility study is carried out, and an integration projectis drawn up.
  2. Navigation integration kit
In this phase, the navigation kit is integrated with the mobile robot and initial tests are conducted in the laboratory.
  3. Validation in operational scenarios
In the final stage, validation tests are carried out in the main operational scenarios.

The moliris autonomous navigation kit consists of

Graphical supervision interface: Thanks to collaboration with Ud’Anet srl, a MOLIRIS advanced supervision interface is available: Intellisafe.
This graphical interface enables connection with sensors and actuators on the robot and definition of automatic actions in response to sensor readings or commands from external systems. It also enables mission scheduling and much more.

Advanced Navigation Capabilities

In addition to environment mapping, autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance functions, the system offers other more advanced capabilities.
It is possible to:

  1. Use several lasers simultaneously for a 360° view despite bulky equipment on the robot
  2. Establish zones around the robot that will be ignored by the on-board laser(s) to enable sensor and actuator action beyond the robot
  3. Define zones on the map that are not to be navigated
  4. Detect potholes as well as obstacles
  5. Avoid obstacles (or potholes) detected by the robot even if no longer in the sensors’ field of vision
  6. Make the system ignore tall grass so that the robot can travel over it.

Moliris KIT characteristics

  1. Easy to use
The system is controlled via a simple intuitive graphical user interface from a common PC or tablet browser using a wireless connection.
  2. Open system
The KIT includes an open ‘application’ board for the eventual development of software for the management of specific applications and sensors and actuators.
  3. Versatile system
The Moliris KIT can be installed on different types of mobile robots.
