Project Description
Agridron project is about the development of an innovative autonomous mobile robot, able to move autonomously and drive in a vineyard, acquiring integrated information to provide a detailed mapping of the health and fruit ripening in the crop at a single plant level.
The vehicle is equipped with a hyperspectral sensor able to analyze a single fruit. It is oriented by an artificial vision system that identifies the fruit and provides the pointing to the sensor. CNR IBF is the scientific partner in this project.
